The Spiritual Realm

                And so, God must have first created other intelligent beings that would help Him build the universe as it is before He actually built the universe.  However, it then also makes sense that He would first have to create an environment for them to live in, which would be just like the operating system on your computer, phone, tablet or whatever, and then He would have to create these intelligent beings.

                Without the Windows operating system, as mentioned above, a programmer would not be able to run complex software programs.  If you notice, any time you need to purchase software for a computer, whether it is a video game or not, the first thing you need to do is make sure that you have the appropriate operating system.  The operating system is a program that is built as an environment for all other programs.  It is like a city, and the programs are like citizens within the city.  Without the city, the citizens have no place to operate, interact, etc.

                In the same way, God would first have to build the heavens, a place for these intelligent beings He would create, to live.  Therefore, just as an operating system is set up with a great deal of rules and laws and definitions, so the heavens would also have been built with a great many rules and laws and definitions for all spiritual beings to live by and follow.  Then, into this environment, God could create His intelligent beings who would be the citizens of His Heavenly Kingdom and who would help Him to create and maintain all things, just as software creation programs help a programmer to create and maintain all software in a computer.
